HeartMath® Free Presentations

• One-hour introductory presentations for any group, any size (employee groups, management groups, civic groups, church groups, gatherings of friends in homes, etc.)

• Hands on experiential heart coherence tool demonstrations

• One to two HeartMath tools are taught to participants

HeartMath Coaching Series

​

Small Tele-coaching/online groups of 4-6 participants

• 8 one-hour weekly sessions via conference call

• $450 (includes workbook guide, one reference book, one pocket guide and the Inner Balance Sensor)

Individual Private Sessions

• 8 one-hour weekly sessions in person or by phone

• $1000 (includes workbook guide, one reference book, one pocket guide and the Inner Balance Sensor)

• Option to extend coaching beyond the 8 weeks is offered as desired at $100/hr

• 8 one-hour sessions on site or via tele-conference calls, OR less sessions may be arranged according to group needs

• Fees individualized for the agency or business

• Fees include workbook guides and one reference book for each employee

• Fees may include HeartMath technology tools for on site use
